Not very detailed on the phone whatsoever had to get my husband's truck do to a misunderstanding upon calling them to see what it was going to cost never once did they did they mention cash only they close at 4 or 5 during the week and noon on Saturdays granted those are business hours but granted that's when people are working they can deal with their cars and issues after work the gentleman on the phone never once told me an exact cost the gentleman on the phone didn't even know that my vehicle was registered correctly and tagged correctly and never went to go try to find out until I got there I live almost an hour away it was a very frustrating process

The absolute worst people you can imagine work here. Wouldn't even let me get my dead grandmothers gift out of my car.
