I LOVE Nadyus Wellness! I recommend Naydu and her therapist to anyone in need of relief from the physical distress so many of us face. Past injury, trauma, stress..all take a toll on our physical well-being, ultimately creating pain, tension, and discomfort. The team here really helped my body get thru surgeries and treatment after my cancer diagnosis. What a blessing it was to have such support during a time when my body was adjusting to so much change.
I still continue to get myofascial therapy for both myself and young son. Ive sent other family and friends here and all have reported back with less pain and immediate benefits. A place that takes an integrative approach, helps this much, and takes insurance..it's a game changer!

Naydu is a very skilled therapist. As she worked on the areas in my body holding tension, I could feel my whole body begin to open up. I felt like I was floating the whole session.
