Do you like to be harassed one day after your payment is due then this is the company to choose. My original lender sold my loan to this company I would have never chose planet home lending. My mortgage payment is due on the first they sent a letter on the second stating I was seriously delinquent. If you call to make a payment they will wait one week to take it out of your bank account so that you are past due. You cannot make a split payment online even if the loan is in two separate names. This company is also a debt collector and they do not respect their clients. I would not recommend them at all.
