Sandy has been extremely amazing through the process of me purchasing my first home and closing day. She walked me step by step through the process and was very thorough explaining everything to me when I had questions or when I was nervous. I never had to wait on her to respond back to me and she was there day and night literally if I needed anything. She is the definition of prompt and caring.
