        My account was poorly managed. The advisor who was responsible for my account left and I was not advised. I only inquired after I was advised that the company in which I held the bond was bankrupt and had not paid a dividend for over a year. The only notification I received was that I did not file the correct paperwork to request to be included in an settlement, I received it from Schwab never from Mariner. After I asked they did refund the years advisory fee which its much since I didnt have an advisor.
