        STINGIEST tacobell ive ever been to, period. You order a taco and get the shell, half beef and maybe lettuce and cheese if your lucky, if you get my point. Not going back. GO TO THE ONE ON GRANTLINE RD. next exit up. They have never done me wrong.

        First run through drive thru they had forgotten 5 tacos so I called and they said to come back so I could them. Went back a few hours later to get my tacos and even order a bit more cause family wanted 3 crunchy tacos and 2 cantina bowls. Got everything ordered and the 5 tacos from before so headed back home. When we opened our food the 3 crunchy tacos looked like they got punched as they were broken in many places and there was barely any cheese or lettuce on either of them. Mainly just the meat which was also skimpy on portion. Then 1 of the cantina bowls looked like it got shook really hard with everything mashed and mixed together and there was only 4 little junks of chicken. And both were completely missing the shredded purple cabbage and the guacamole and the pico de gallo. Major let down twice in the same day just hours apart. This location has significant issues with quality and proper preparation of food. Should check the staff for certain faults including possible Testing on everyone.

        My girlfriend submitted an online order around 9:30-10:00 on 10/22/23 and at first I was not going to make a review but my god every single step was horrible. We got to the restaurant and had to wait exactly 8 minutes at the window before getting our food, not exactly fast food but we got the food so alright. Once we got home the three different orders were a thrown together mess that we couldnt even tell apart. Once we finally got the deluxe craving boxes told apart my entire order was wrong, I dont customize my order to waste time, I customize it because Tack Bell allows me to customize orders to my liking. Turns out individual locations dont care at all. And what makes it worse is that this is now the third order IN A ROW that has been incorrect. Im blown away because this location used to be good and now its horrendous. Im hoping this review reaches someone who can improve on the fronts mentioned, otherwise Im not going to order from this location again. Would 100% rather go to any other location. M
