I previously gave this salon a 5-star review. Unfortunately, after today's experience, that has changed. I had a 1:00 appointment. About 30 minutes beforehand, I get a phone call informing me my appointment has been changed to 1:30. I was literally driving to the salon. I can appreciate that unexpected issues arise and changes need to be made. Unfortunately, that didn't work with my day's schedule. The issue that makes me give 2 stars was the delivery. It is not appropriate to call and INFORM your client the appointment time has changed on such short notice. What would be appropriate is to INQUIRE if this would work and suggest alternatives if not. You post a cancellation policy for your clients, which indicates your time is valuable, which I completely agree with. So is mine. A better approach would have been, there is an issue with the appointment time, how can we make this work. And please please have a better attitude, you're rude. This isn't the first time for that.

I've been a Stylist for 14 years & have worked in various salons over the years. I've been working at Strandz since August 2022 & it has truly been a God-send. This place is such a blessing in my life. The people here genuinely care about you & love what they do. I am so happy to be part of the Strandz family
