HUB of New Albany Apartments

I've lived here for years now, and this place has it's minor issues. But the new management is wonderful, and very active, the new leasing manager helped me wonderfully with my move out process.

Final Update (7/31/22): I've geared up and moved out. The new team is much more responsive now that they've got into the office. The transition between the management teams could have been better, but things seem to be running okay now. -- Update (6/21/22): They've finally replied and the team is working to resolve the lack of communication. Perhaps the new team is finally getting into the office. I'm still unsure though as to how they're going to handle future concerns. -- Edit (6/16/22): The previous management team is changing out again. The new one doesn't reply to phone calls or emails. I went in to the office to talk about my concerns to find out it took about 30 seconds to pull the emails I sent up. The new company is sending me a lease to sign despite my repeated attempts to communicate that I want to meet before signing the lease. I'm not impressed so far with the new management in the office. It might be best to take a look elsewhere since the current team that just switched out seems unresponsive. -- I was wary about this place originally because of the many bad reviews. However, I'm writing this in 2021 as an undergraduate student at IUS who is studying music. The apartments were bought out by a new management company and the new company is really good. I've had maintenance issues resolved within a day. They gave me the same apartment that they showed me. I've even had a lockout before and they came in the dead of night over to unlock it for me (for a small charge). It's really affordable, around $400-$800 a month. Professional response times, maintenance times, and overall a really solid place to live at! As long as the new company has this place I can recommend it to just about anyone.
