Stone Crest Apartments

Do not recommend these apartments what so every. They say luxury but are far from it. When we first moved in our ac didnt work, we left multiple matience requests and called the office and nothing was resolved. We had to buy a 250 ac unit to be able to stay in the apartment. People are always walking there dogs off lease, which are aggressive causing them to run after you and your dog. The trash is always overflowing and doesnt get picked up for weeks on end with couches sitting next to the dumpster for months. Outlets outside of the apartment without covers on the, leading to a fire or safety hazard. The grass gets cut only after its so tall you can hardly even walk in it. The pool was closed as soon as we moved in all the way till the end of September, which idk who wants to get in to the pool when its freezing out lol. We got locked out 4 times bc our key got physically stuck in the door, no answer to our request and our request actually was canceled by the property manager without even speaking to us. We moved in with light bulbs out throughout the apartment, which we didnt even get a walk through if our apartment. I had to climb through our window and balcony to be able to get in to our home. We havent just had a couple issues here, no weve had several.

We move to stone crest and absolutely love it!! The mangers are so welcoming and caring. The Easter egg hunt for the kiddos was so sweet and loving it was awesome!! Thank you so much!!

Im a disabled 35 yr old man that has lived here for a few years now and not only are these beautiful and amazing apartments, but the staff is beyond helpful, kind, and understanding! From other friends ive seen how their landlords or property managers can be unhelpful, unkind, and take forever to get things fixed. These apartments however will get your maintenance request put in super fast and they also hired super kind maintenance people. Its been such a priveledge to live here honestly and theres no big parties being thrown or loud arguements from people. Very peaceful and friendly apartment place. Kim the property manager is exceptionally SUPER KIND and you will have no issue that she cant resolve here! If you are looking for an affordable, very clean and kind community to move in with your family or newly married couple etc, this is definitely the place to move to!! Pets are also very welcomed. Really have been truly blessed to live here!
