My birth experience was traumatic. I had a 10lb 4 Oz baby and would've preferred a c-section. She wouldn't allow me to position how I needed to give birth, she insisted I lay down on my back even though I couldn't breathe. I was treated like an animal rather than a woman trying to give birth. She told me to eat better for the next baby so it doesn't end up being 10 lbs. Little did she know she traumatized me enough to not want another birth experience. Unbelievable.

Dr. Gorantla has been my OBGYN for 10 years. She delivered both of my healthy babies. She is always alert to any questions that I have and educates me on everything! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an OBGYN.

I would of left zero stars if I could. My experience with this Dr was many years ago, however it is just as traumatic now as it was then. I was treated terribly and the only reason I can think of is because I was young (18). If I didnt know any better I would be terrified to have another child. I cant believe she is still working.

Dr. Gorantla was recommended by my primary care doctor after my gynaecologist retired. I found the doctor to be pleasant, attentive, and helpful, taking time to review my history and answer my questions. Also found the staff to be very pleasant and competent. Very good experience.

Horrible!!! This doctor was more concerned about my weight than about the exam I went for. She was pushing and discussing weight loss products over womens health! She literally told me if I didn't lose at least 50 pounds I was going to die! I'll admit to being overweight, but not THAT overweight. Do NOT see this doctor if you are a single pound overweight! You will leave her office feeling suicidal!
