Assistants at desk are rude and very unhelpful

So far our experience has been terrible! The front desk people never know whats going on and they constantly will ask a doctor and get back with me but never do. If you need HELP dont expect to get in a timely fashion here. Ive been trying to get my kids help since July 2023 its now March 2024 and no assistance for anything has been provided or diagnosed. Im always waiting and calling with no results. They schedule appointments at incorrect times, and when you call for anything they act like youre bothering them. I called to confirm appointments this morning and the lady sounded like she was irritated with every aspect of her employment . Ive really had it with this entire situation. The entire process has been completely stressful. Please consider looking elsewhere if youre considering mental care.

Great care given here. Let me please say this: 1.Trust the process within the mental health-care system and 2. Be your own advocate insofar as keeping appointments, billing, medication, etc. Dr. Carly Austgen is extremely patient and thorough, I am very pleased with her care and medication regimen. Vanessa Partridge, my new therapist is truly one of the most helpful, pleasant, and easy to speak with people that I have ever met. I am super grateful to be able to get the long overdue treatment needed for my personal well being.
