        During my visit to this town I was kindly assisted by an employee who explained specifically what we were looking for. While we chose the model, she served other customers and the store manager JOSHUA came out and began to be rude to the employee and the customers she was serving. Then he came to us with a bad attitude to serve us. Seeing that we couldn't talk to him, we decided to go and do everything by phone directly with TMobile. I do not recommend visiting this store if the manager Joshua is there because he does not know how to treat his employees and customers.

        went to that store to add a line to my account, they convinced me to add 2 lines since one of them was free, found out later this was a scam and they did that to charge me activation fee for the second line.

        I broke my phone while on vacation and had to come into this location. Between the staff and manager Joshua i was impressed on how easy it was to get a new phone out of state. Customer service is rare these days so I was impressed on how nice and patient everyone was. I was very indecisive and kept going back and forth between getting the same or upgrading my phone. Then I decided to add a whole extra line lol. Joshua explained all the devices and allowed me time to decide while also working with other indecisive people.
