They offer a good variety of house options. Staff has always been so polite and very quick to show me houses that fit the criteria that I’m looking for. Paying rent is a breeze, their website has everything that you need to know within your fingertips. I am very pleased and would RECOMMEND this company (despite the other reviews). As long as you aren’t late to pay rent and take care of the house that you live in, you won’t expect hidden fees.

I would give this place a 0 if I could. We had MANY issues during the 2 years we lived in an NPS house, including getting a wrongful eviction notice. We paid our rent on time for the entire time we lived there, yet came home one day to an eviction notice. NPS said they “lost” our records and information, so we were forced to collect all the information from our bank statements. They were very unapologetic during the whole situation. This was just one of the many issues we had with this company. Please save yourself a headache and STAY AWAY!!!!!

Avoid this place like the plague. Unapologetically awful service, hidden charges abound. Incompetent is too nice a word to describe this company .

I’ve rented with a few rental properties and this company is by far the worst. They double charged us for our neighbor’s gas for a full year. We were suspicious about our costs and had to contact the gas company themselves. We were paying for both us and the neighbor, and nps was pocketing what the neighbor was paying for “gas.” Additionally, the property managers were rude and shifty. We should have gotten student legal services involved. We were inspected by the city code people and had seven violations that never got fixed in the two years we were there. Please don’t do this to yourself.

Not sure why these people are leaving negative reviews. I have great experience with these new owners. Their maintenance crew are quick to respond. My roommate left a hole in the hardwood floor and she’s mad that she got charged for it and left a negative review. Is that the company’s fault to charge her? Their units varies from $250-$500/bedroom. You can’t choose the $250 rent but expect to have $500 rent experience. My current rent is $425 and I have nothing to complain about, so far my experience with them has been great. I don’t leave a hole on the floor/wall or break things in the house maybe that’s why I have such a great experience with this company. Staff is always friendly and respectful when they stop by. The house is spotless when I move in. Really nothing to complain about
