Very Professional and very helpful to me. Ask for Michelle and she'll get you what you need. She be absolutely about her business. A1 (update Michelle no longer works there and I moved out the property and I'm still waiting on my security deposit the owner is let's just say beware of the owner nothing good comes from trying to scam your tenants. And I got the receipts to prove it. I would never recommend anyone to this company. Renter beware.

Customer service has been terrible. Late fees $10/day on electric and sewage, which would be fine if there was any sort of notification. Sewage bill quintupled from one month to the next, and wasnt even looked into when I called. Threatened an eviction 4 days after rent was due if a small portion of rent wasnt paid within the next ten days. Very money hungry company. Management doesnt seem to have much empathy or experience working with their young/college student clientele.

Have failed to fix remotely anything they said they would during time of move in. Has charged late fees the day after a bill. Failed to clean the home move in. Fails to answer calls or concerns about the home.

Owners are very down to earth and are very good at communicating. All my questions are answered quickly and clearly.
