Subway

Incredibly rude service, we let them know we had a mobile order and the employee was impatient and condescending. Our order was wrong. All around poor service, would not return or recommend anyone eating at this location.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Rude, unfriendly, and even got my order wrong even though I did a mobile order. NOT very friendly, such as giving me attitude when I nicely asked for my drink that I had ordered online. Broke my cookie when I nicely reminded her about it. I understand it is stressful to work in the food industry but never have I ever experienced such horrible service as I did today. I will make the extra drive to go to a different subway.

Absolutely the worst Subway location in Muncie. Paid for a delivery order that never arrived. Phone number on Google and website isn't right. Had to call corporate to get the correct number. Called location and no one answered repeatedly. Finally get through and the associate was rude, claimed it wasn't her problem, yelled, and hung up on me. Result was no food and no refund. This is not the first time I have had issue with the location, but this was the worst issue, and absolutely the last. Do yourself a favor and go to ANY Subway location that isn't this one.

Im confused as to why the place has an A ratingI came in a little after 8:30 tonight. The employee that had made my sandwich was stocking up the chip rack when I walked in. She didnt even bother washing her hands before putting on gloves, then proceeded to grab my bread and then move a box sitting on top of the glass with the gloves she had used to touch my food. I dont know where this box had been sitting previous to on top of the glass. While my sandwich was toasting in the oven, she then went to the computer to ring up my order using the same gloves. Im concerned that the employees at this Subway store are not being trained correctly or are being supervised enough. I have previously been a trainer at Subway a couple years back and the protocol has always been that gloves are consistently changed and hands are being washed IN FRONT of customers to give them piece of mind. I hope that whoever owns this franchise is reviewing the concerns on here. This place is NOT sanitary.
