They can never schedule your next appointment. Unlike a normal dr office when you check out they tell you they will call you to schedule your follow-up appointments. Of course they never call. Then when you call to get in they are booked for months and can't help you. It's beyond frustrating how many times they haven't called to schedule my appointments. Then they can never do anything for you. I was admitted to the hospital with issues and was told to follow up with gastro and just laughed. They can't get me in for smooth 3 months. But I can keep calling every day. Absolutely no help at all.

I waited 3 months to see a gastroenterologist who didn't take me seriously. Then received an abnormal lab and was told I needed a colonoscopy. It took almost 4 weeks for scheduling to contact me and then I had to wait over 2 months for an appointment. I received a call today from patient registration and because I had Covid (despite being fully vaccinated) back in December they cancelled my appointment. They told me that they go six weeks out from a positive COVID test rather than when you first start showing symptoms (unlike CDC quarantine guidelines). I was three days short of meeting that six week cutoff and now they are making me wait another two months to get a colonoscopy. They cancelled and I've already had to wait. Responsible healthcare providers would work a patient in sooner than that. Wait times for diagnostic colonoscopies are supposed to be two months or less and they will have made me wait five months now. This is substandard care and completely unacceptable.

so excited that i finally found out what stomach disease i had from this facility, but ive never felt as invalidated by a doctor as i did by dr lyndsey. my last visit was completely unacceptable and i wont be making another appointment here. he completely blew off everything i was saying and consistently interrupted me while i was trying to explain my pain. he also told me i was just making excuses and that im lying in saying i have joint pain or other issues. i was fine with the first doctor i had here but i have not been listened to by this doctor and theyve done absolutely nothing to help with my disease after diagnosis. im excited for the possibilities with a new doctor that might actually help me through this instead of invalidating everything im saying or going through.
