        Called this law firm weeks ago for help & never heard back. What is this law firm useful for if they arent helping clients & returning calls?

        We were told we had a "slam dunk" immigration case, but it was mishandled repeatedly by this office. Emails go weeks without response and voicemails are not returned. Thoroughly unimpressed. Can't believe we gave them thousands of dollars to bungle our case.

        Well, this was the end of my divorce process. We should have just started with the mediation from the beginning probably and it wouldn't have taken 14 months. Jim was very helpful and knowlegable.
