        We had an issue with our purchase that we originally left a poor review on. The owner was very quick to reach out and immediately fixed the website issue that had led to our poor review. He also encouraged us to reach out and refunded us on the part of our order that the website had messed us up on.         I ordered some lovely flowers for delivery to celebrate a friend moving to the area. The flowers arrived within my requested delivery window and looked lovely. I only wish there was a flower feed packet that came with them, as some of the flowers started dying rather quickly.

      Kydra, I am so sorry about your experience. After some investigating on my end I think I found the lantern you ordered on the site.Our lanterns like the one you selected are only supposed to have a $10 "Deluxe" upgrade for the addition of silk flowers. It appears by mistake this lantern has the premium option enabled with the default description as if it was a fresh flower arrangement reading "We will add more blooms and select the highest quality flowers in this style"I can understand why you would be so frustrated and disappointed and I truly cannot apologize enough for this mistake.This option should not even be available for the lanterns of this size. I am more than willing to refund your order to the base lantern price for the trouble but I will need more details about your order so that I can find it in my system.I hope that you can understand that this was not intentional on our end and we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to make this right for you.If you read this, please give us a call at the shop and ask for me. 765-288-0269 - Matt
