        Absolutely, positively, and without a doubt the worst bank you could ever possibly use. I signed up with mutual, a great bank for the people, and was left with northwest: a great bank for themselves. Terrible customer service, terrible policies, and terrible banking hours. Do yourself a favor and just use Venmo, cash app, etc. to avoid a terrible establishment.

        Dont answer the phones. My money disappeared from my mutual bank card, they said it should be on my new northwest card...& its not. I had money before my bank switched to them, now I dont.
