I recently moved here from property managed by a company I won't name. This property is managed and maintained by employees of the owner & they are fantastic! They give the feeling of being welcomed and heard. I know they are very strict with pet cleanup in the common areas(providing poo bag stations at several locations) That's a big plus for both pet owners & non-owners. The grounds are very well kept. I'm waiting to see how snow removal is handled in the parking lots and sidewalks. I assume it will be well done.

We moved here during quarantine and honestly would stay if we werent looking to relocate to Indianapolis. 1# These are probably the cheapest 2 bedroom apartments you can find. When we first moved here our rent was 550$ a month for a two bedroom. 550! They raised the rent up to 700$, which still in my opinion is not bad for a two bedroom, our last apartment was a one bedroom that was way smaller that wanted that much. The apartments are cute and for the price are pretty decent. 2# Super close to Ball state and can park in the south commuter lot. I was an art student and much of my time was needed to be on campus and in the studio for long hours. Super easy to get home. 3# Great office staff! I have bad social anxiety so my boyfriend usually handles talking to them, but Linda is very sweet and the other girls are nice too. 4# The maintenance gets there in a pretty timely manner. I think the most we ever had to wait was 3 or 4 days for an issue that wasnt life or death. 5# NOT AFFILIATED WITH BSU RENTALS AT ALL! 6# Right across the street from the park so real great for running/biking if youre into that. The only real issue we personally ever had is wi-fi. I dont know if its just where our building is located but it can be kind of a LTE dead zone. Its very wishy washy. Internet was the same way for the first months we lived here but got wayyy better over time. Would not be a deal breaker IMO. Im seriously gonna miss living here so much. I have never had any issues with my neighbors or office, and have grown to love these apartments so much. Definitely perfect for a starter for some students or a couple. Literally will only have fond memories of this place.
