        If your under 21 don't waste your time even speaking to them. Person there was extremely rude saying we have to be 21 to be financially responsible little does she know we own a restaurant.

        Jeremiah dockery based on your reviews on other places it seems to me that because you didn't find a place to be up to your standards or you didn't like the rules and regs you leave a bad review. The manager at Riverview treats everyone the same. No matter the person. It would be respectful to remove your bad review and call the place and have an adult conversation as to why you're upset.

      I am the manager at Riverview Apartments. I do not recall you being in here and asking about an apartment. I do however remember a young lady coming into the office and asking about qualifications. I did tell her that it is company policy that a person must be 18 years old to be a leaseholder. I was not rude to her and I am sorry if she got that impression. I am very careful to treat each person that comes into or calls this office with the courtesy that they deserve. Sometimes people get offended if they are told something that they do not want to hear. I wish you luck in your apartment search.
