This was the worst orthodontist I have ever been to! I had braces as a teenager so i know how things are supposed to work. I took my 10 year old daughter here for treatment and the female Doctor Dr. Johnson, she seen was the worst. She was horrible to my daughter and she made rude comments about her teeth. This was seriously the worst experience for my daughter. She also wanted to sit and argue with me in front of my daughter ,when I tried to express my concerns. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Instead we went to Imbugia orthodontist and they are amazing! We had prepaid in full for a retainer at quest johnson that they ended up throwing away and didn't even use for the whole time she was supposed to have it. Then we went back to start the braces process but they were so rude we decided to take our business elsewhere. I am soooo glad we did !

Don't come here if you have TMJ issues. I had to visit 2 ENTs before finding I have TMJ problems, which put me about 6 months at the visit. My tinnitus started with an ear infection, then I aggravated my jaw it I think mostly chewing gum to distract. This wasn't the first recommended place by the ENT office, but I went ahead and visited because the other one is very far scheduled out. When I visited it was about 1.5 months after visiting the ENT that diagnosised I have TMJ issues. The recommendations from the ENT (soft food diet and don't chew gum) I had only followed 1.5 months. After following the recommendations, my jaw has been sore daily. The doc examined me and just said learn to live with the tinnitus. She didn't address if or when to expect my jaw to stop being sore. She didn't give a diagnosis. She didn't confirm or dismiss if I have TMJ issues. My tinnitus and jaw soreness are always better in the morning after sleeping. She stated that a splint for teeth grinding wouldn't do anything because I am always better in the morning. What is the point of even bringing this up? It really smells like about all the can do for TMJ is a splint if you grind your teeth, anything else they are out of the capability EDIT: I have had a number of days since that the soreness is better, and the tinnitus has also been better on those days EDIT 2: Found out I grind my back teeth at night and I have a bit imbalance due to a crown sitting too high. They missed both of these issues
