First when I went to pick my glasses up they were the wrong prescription. They redid my exam and sent my glasses in again. It still wasn't right so I just stopped going

Nice staff but was told 1-2 weeks on new glasses and we are at 3 weeks and counting with no update on them. When I call they don't answer.

I never met such rude staff from eye dr place , if you hate your job so much you might wanna look for another profession. I called to see if they were open being (president day) and she was rude ya were here I said well thank you and it just clicks off . You need more phone customer training.

This was such a positive experience from calling in for an appointment to walking out from my appointment and order. The customer service is incredible. Desirea was so kind and quick to get me checked in and rolling ( as well as be a tie breaker on my glasses choice)! Chelsea went above and beyond from the pre exam eye tests and explaining everything . My exam was quick, thorough and Dr. Daniel was great! I can't express how much I appreciate the extra time Chelsea took with me in picking out frames, going through all my options, and waiting SO patiently while I worked through my HSA mess!! I ended up having to leave.to get additional information, and she followed up with me within the same day and we got everything taken care of. Definitely will be continuing my eye care with this office. Thank you for such a great experience! Not the level of client care you get anywhere else!
