I would recommend Dr. Smith to anyone who has allergies whether big or small! Everyone in this office is friendly and eager to help!

Very disappointing experience this week. Ive had an appointment scheduled for a month and when I arrived, there was a closed sign on the door. I called and asked if my appointment was still on. They told me that they had called me once and my voicemail was full. I asked them if they had tried calling me again as I check my voicemail at the end of every day. They said no the policy is to only call once and that they dont email or call again. When I explained that I had to take an entire day off work and drive an hour to the appointment, I was told there was nothing they could do. Unfortunately, I felt that they were very rude and asked if I could speak to a manager. I left a message asking for them to call me back and never heard anything. I know they are short staffed, but you have to understand that people have lives and canceling appointments without speaking to someone is unprofessional. I asked two other doctors offices what their policy is on this and both told me that they call three times to attempt contact. This would be a great policy for this clinic to adopt in the future.
