        I stopped by last night and purchased a new vape and a couple of cartridges. One of the cartridges would not work at all so I tried to return it this morning and because they posted their little signs I can't return it. I only wanted a replacement but was met with rudeness. I have been a loyal customer for years but I will find another place to spend my money.

      John- I'm sorry to hear about your less than stellar experience in our store! Depending on what kind of cartridge you are referring to, our return policy can be different. Some products specifically can't be returned in store and have to go directly through the manufacturer. These policies are put in place by the manufacturer, and we have to follow them, or we won't be reimbursed either.
