Went to him to have my taxes done for the year. Had a few things needed closed aswell. Met with him and he wasn't very helpful and wasn't answering any of my questions. He honesty made me feel stupid for even asking anything and not knowing how to do stuff. He said I'll get it taken care of in a week and filed once you get me your mileage. Never got a call at the week mark. So I called him with my mileage after a week and a half and he was instantly rude. Acted like I was inconveniencing him to give him the info he asked for and made it known that he didn't want to help me by ignoring me when I asked him how he wanted it and if there was any more information needed.So I asked him again since I was ignored with huffing and puffing. After I asked if there was anymore information needed he told me that he hasn't started anything but I would be the first person he called and he said it in a snarky, better than me, rude, condescending attitude, but he originally promised it'd only be a week and my taxes would be ready the first time I met with him. So I asked when he thinks it would be done so we can review the tax return in a normal calm curious manner as I understood its tax season he's busy. He replied with "if I'm not going fast enough why don't you come pick up your documents and go somewhere else in an angry loud tone". I returned and asked him. If me as the consumer asking you the guy im paying 165 dollars an hour what's being done with my taxes and Information is a problem please let me know. He replied " right now it is and if this is how our relationship is gonna be come get your stuff and go to someone else I'm done". So I kindly took him up on the offer and now I'm letting everyone know what kind of business owner he is. Do not go to this business owner he is completely unresponsive and incapable of controlling his emotions and insanely unprofessional. I've never met someone that has a problem with the consumer paying him to do his job and the consumer fully understanding and flexible. Do not go to this business!!!
