        Unfortunately I can't wear a mask. I had no choice but go to the clinic because I needed some antibiotics. I did my best to hold up a handkerchief by my face. I was treated so horribly! The lady at the window was short and rude eventhough I tried to explain why I can't wear a mask. I was told to wait in my car for a call and I did. I waited a hour and a half to only have a doctor video chat with me! She didn't care about my situation with the mask issue and she was rude and short with me! What happened to that compassionate care they are always going on about!!

        I walked in the clinic at 2:30 pm in Monticello IU white memorial and the girl at the window told me they were not seeing anymore patients. The website said they closed at 5:00. They are not open on weekends either. What good is a walk-in clinic thats never open. I could not see my primary doctor either since she was not in. I will be seeking care at another facility that hopefully cares about their patients.
