        I scheduled an inspection and cleaning. 3 minutes after looking at our Fireplace we were informed we couldn't use as a Fireplace. Cole said we could only do an insert. The price for the inspection and cleaning was quoted at $245. So small talk was made and he said well I will only charge $205 for the inspection. So the cleaning is only $40. What a joke I assumed we would be charged but $200 for less than 10 minutes including small talk. Would not use again or recommend. Make sure if you only need a cleaning you are charged $40

        We were very impressed with the services provided by Cole from LuckyBrush. He did the inspection and was able to repair what needed to be done right on the spot. There was a bulky old worthless antenna on the roof and Cole was kind enough to go the extra mile and remove it. Grateful to have this awesome service in our area! Services: Chimney inspections, Chimney repair & restoration, Rain cap installation, Chimney cleaning

        Cole was great. Cleaned and repaired my fireplace. They even got me in quicker than any other company I called. They are certified and professional. We will be using them yearly now for a fireplace inspection. Services: Chimney inspections, Chimney repair & restoration, Chimney cleaning

      Andrea, I understand you are upset about being unable to use your fireplace. Our son Cole was your certified technician today. According to our fleet tracker, he arrived 17 minutes early and stayed 52 minutes at your home. He performed above the scope of the level of inspection you paid for, by even going on the roof and thoroughly checking every area of the fireplace and chimney. It’s unfortunate that you didn’t call and voice your concern, but instead immediately left a negative review on google that was actually rather dishonest. We operate a small family business and negative online reviews severely impact our ability to provide for our family, and support the local community. In the future, I would recommend calling and speaking to a customer service person and possibly resolving the issue, instead of instantly jumping on google reviews. At any rate, we do appreciate your business and wish you well.
