Twin Lakes Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Unfortunately the vehicles my wife and I own have had mechanical issues over the last 3 months. Rich and Kody in service have been awesome They both have helped us each time and got our vehicle's taken care of even though they were busy. My wife and I will continue to do business with Twin Lakes Chrysler jeep. Twin lakes has helped us out again. Everyone there makes you feel like a friend. Everyone. My wife and I are so pleased to have the back up for our vehicles. Thanks again everybody at Twin lakes. Rich has come through once again! Our brakes went out on a vehicle that wasn't even a Chrysler product. We know what ever vehicle we have an issue with Rich and Twin Lakes have got our backs.

I cant complain much about the car they sold me but I do have a complaint about the price quote of how much they want you to spend on fixing your car. I know they charge outrageous prices on certain things like spark plugs and motor mounts when I can buy the parts myself and get someone else to fix it at a cheaper price. I will be going to Dino to get a second opinion on what can be fixed or if its fine. Price quote for spark plugs and the gaskets for over $700 and a front motor mount that is leaking another $700 is a very ridiculous.

Service depth is top notch. Everyone went above and beyond to help get the new rims and tires on. Very reasonable on charges also.
