        Nate, allegedly the manager is not honest. The person that showed up was helpful and professional. Nate has zero customer service, is not upfront and doesnt give a fee until the driver shows up. If there was a negative rating, thats what Nate would get. If an elderly couple is in need of assistance, doesnt have the app to pay, doesnt have a smart phone or doesnt know how to work with apps, they would need to have cash on them. He should be upfront with costs and not surprise a customer like that. I would never recommend the company based on the alleged manager, Nate. Update, Ryan reached out on messenger. So yes, Im a real person, yes this happened and yes Im currently working with Ryan with more information.
