JCPenney Portraits

T was amazing!!! My family of five, with two special needs kids are not always easy to get to take pics or smile. T was able to relate to us, took some amazing pics. I could not be happier. I asked T if they would help me pick out pics and sizes in the bundle we picked. T was on it and I loved the honestly! I dont know how they do 15 min sessions but T gave me and my family personalized care and attention that made it seem like there was not a time frame at all. I cant say with good things!

Very patient photographer (dealing with an almost 2 year old) and professional manager who jumped right in. Highly recommend!

Very understaffed; came for appointment time and had to wait 45 minutes after the scheduled time. With three kids is very hard and so when it was finally our time to take photos we were rushed and the photographer was unprofessional. After trying to review what photos we did manage to take they rushed us on our decision and I had to just walk out with nothing. What a waste of my time. Do not recommend coming to them if you have kids.

I have used JCPenney Portraits twice now and have had pleasant experiences both times. Basil, our last photographer, was patient with my 1-year-old. The Groupon deals are a bargain!

Good photos in an ok facility. Prices are steep without coupons.
