        Ive held an account here through multiple buy-outs all the way back to Sobieski. Northwest finally ran this place into the ground. Closed my account of over 20 years today and the teller didnt even ask why or offer a sorry to see you go

        Charged money for having a savings account. Charged money for paper statements. Cannot transfer money using mobile app.

        Dont ever go here with your money!! Swapped names on money orders for hundreds and when it cost me money and I asked them if they could do anything to rectify the situation they laughed. When questioned on their lack of knowledge in their designated field they laughed again (branch manager) this branch is truly a joke.

        the app really, really sucks. can't move your own money from savings to checking after banking hours (DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF A BANKING APP!!). in the process of switching to Notre Dame Credit Union right now--you should do the same!!
