        Has amazing drinks and several options Staff is nice friendly helpful and is quick to fix any mistakes. They go out of their way to make customers happy

        The customer service was horrible, the manager had an attitude the whole time and didnt seem to want to do her job. My order was wrong twice and it took so long for them to correct it. The quality is not worth the price either, its not well made. Icy bar is a lot better with their customer service and quality of drinks, theyre a lot more friendly.

        Worst bubble tea Ive ever had in my life! Just a mixture of bad cold tea and milk, taste like herb medicine. Rather expensive for one like this. Try those in Chicago and youll find its totally different things.
