Gnoth and Lukowski Heating and Air Conditioning

I would give them a - 5 if it were possible. The owner came out to my home which had no ducts in place and needed a mini split heating system. Was specifically asked if he had experience with this type of unit and installation as they are a newer type of heating. Told me he had lots of experience. Provided units that I found out later were oversized for the area and because of that cost more to heat as not efficient. Had his people, who didn't know what they were doing install the system, which later he admitted was installed incorrectly. Have had nothing but trouble ever since installed. Spent two winters with half of my house unheated for a month at a time causing me to have to spend money on wood to heat with wood burning stove. Came home to water all over my floor one day as the drain was installed incorrectly, which did damage to my floor. Have had multiple times that the unit had to be reset because of error codes. Had him out 8-10 times to fix it in two years. He finally stopped taking my calls even though my contract stated 5 years labor was included. I ultimately had to have a whole new system put in 3 years later as the faulty installation ruined my original units. In addition, there was electric to the outside that was not grounded and could have started a fire and the units were not put in to code. I was very patient and tried to work with him to get the problems fixed for over two years. I am currently suing him to recoup my money and am filing a complaint with the licensing board. Between the system he put in and the new system I had to put in, I am out $27, 000. I went with him because I wanted to help out a small family business and he seemed like a genuinely good person. Worst mistake I ever made. CAN'T STRESS ENOUGH, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON!!!!

Gnoth and Lukowski does a great job and finding the issue and addressing it. I called them on a Monday and they were out early on Tuesday morning to fix my furnace. I never feel pressured to buy an entire new furnace like a lot of other local companies do. Gnoth and Lukowski is amazing!
