The breakfast tenant- LaFrances was very rude to my kids when he thought there wasn't an adult around. He refused to allow them to eat breakfast when they had been standing in line waiting on others to get their food, insisting they couldn't get breakfast because it was 9 AM (my kids were there in line before 9) and there was plenty of food left. He snatched a cup out of one the kids hands. His behavior was distasteful and unacceptable. Other than that unpleasant experience, the room was nice and comfortable, the other kitchen staff and front desk staff (night and day) were pleasant and helpful. LaFrances could learn a thing or two from his team members about how to treat all people regardless of who they are.

We loved our stay here. The front desk staff was top notch. Rooms were clean. Great location.
Rooms: Room was clean and had all the amenities needed.
Safety: Safe area. Loved the check in process and room key on the app.

A great traveling experience. All good. It's rare to find NOTHING wrong, but this place did it! Friendly staff (especially Katrina) clean rooms, clean parking lot, breakfast included. Friendly breakfast staff. We'll be back!

The hotel is nice and the rooms are great, but the softened water drove me crazy. Felt slimy. Otherwise great place to stay. Please fix the softener!
