        Nace place But they need to do a dip clean on bathroom And the equipment... The others planet fitness are super clean I just don't like it

        Was denied access to the facilities when I've never missed a payment in the 2+ years I've been a member. They want a secondary form of payment.... They automatically withdraw my dues every month and won't let me work out. Update: this location is no longer 24/7 and will have limited hours Thurs, Fri, Sat, and Sun.even though we all paid for a membership to 24/7 access to a gym. They also have a water fountain that is leaking onto the electrical outlet that is still plugged in and people are still using it. Hopefully no one gets electrocuted.

      This doesn't sound right to us, A! All of our memberships require a checking account and a secondary form of payment to automatically draft our monthly dues. We definitely recommend speaking directly with a member of the management team at your home club so they can look directly into your account and see what's going on. Thank you!
