I believe that Brian and Jill serve as exceptional examples of the notion that, while a company can be great for a number of reasons, the people that work within that name are the true drivers of excellence. My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with Brian and Jill for several years, and there hasn't been a single instance where our communications have been regarded with anything less than respect, expedience, and thoughtfulness. I'm not exaggerating when I say that - phone calls, for example, always leave me feeling like I'm the only client. I feel listened to, and, although my knowledge of the ins and outs of financial planning is limited, I'm never talked down to. Furthermore, I never feel like I'm being pushed into making a decision, and when I do make one, I'm always confident that I'm making a good choice. I trust these people. Although part of me did choose to write this to counteract the negative review left by the other gentleman here, my words are not meant to invalidate his. Clearly, each person has their own set of experiences that can change the way they view an entity. However, I respect the people that I work with, and I know that they are more than capable of delivering the same high quality of care to other people. As such, I will do my best to support their good reputation.

I am writing this in hopes that I save someone else the headache and heartache of working with Morgan Stanley on investments. They were great at first, I mean they wanted my money, why not? Unfortunately when I was ready to cash out they were unresponsive (the office I was connected to had full mailboxes and no one ever picked up). After about a month of trying every few days I went the route of technical support who also ran into the road block I was having and finally connected me with someone in another branch who could help. I would have just gone online to cash out, but their system does not allow that and in the time it took to get this all sorted out I lost about a grand. After getting what was left of my money I filed a complaint and asked them to make me whole, but no luck. This was a relatively small test investment for me, but the message was clear; If I can't trust you will small amounts of money, there is no way you are getting the bulk of my business.
