Had to wait at pay window after paying. Some type of stupid timer. Got home and food was cold. Makes no sense to me. Will go someplace else next time

HORRIBLE!! Even specifically ask for hot hashbrowns after telling them Ive got cold hashbrowns two days in a row on my way to work. Now today my sandwich and my hashbrowns. This is the worst Burger King in our area. The one on grape Road is fantastic. Maybe they should send the managers up there to learn how to run their business.

my little niece has been really excited about the king fu panda collab from here, its one of her favorite movies and so i promised her id pick her up a meal for when she got out of school so she could get her toy shes been wanting, i go today and i notice its not in the bag as i drive off, i come back and was met with absolute disrespect, they hid in the back from me and i had to shout hello for them to come up to the register while there was nobody else in the drive thru and only one couple in the dining room. They tell me its not their problem the store doesnt have toys, ive worked fast food, its up to the MANAGER to keep up with inventory and make sure they dont run out of things which this store is clearly not doing, the most frustrating part they wouldnt even offer me a damn crown that were littered all over the store. Yall are some horrible human beings, just remember youre screwing over people who have just as much as you do which is not a lot in todays economic climate. I wasnt asking for much, just something to show up with for my niece. psa, if you have a kid whos really looking forward to getting their toy from here make sure you call first so you dont disappoint them because this store doesnt care and falsely advertises which is predatory and sickening, what can i expect from a big corporation though right ?
