      image Well I've been with JC penny for years, I really can't find anything for myself everything seems like it's for old people, the quality of your womens shoes have gone down tremendously, they look so cheap almost like thick plastic for leather, but I shop in baby section or for my grandkids. No check our ppl anymore the feel to JC penny just isn't there for me anymore. Way it's becoming in Americ shop online
