I have always been hesitant to let others work on my vehicles. But, they came very highly recommended and I was not disappointed. I don't usually recommend businesses. But, these folks genuinely care and they're very pet friendly. A+++++

Mr. Lopez, an upright businessman, yesterday provided me with a positive experience at 2nd Shift Automotive. When my car started emitting a high-pitched noise from the front, I suspected it might be a problem with the bearings, similar to a previous issue with the rear ones. Upon inspection, he reassured me that nothing was wrong, even giving the tires a thorough check. As he promised, the noise disappeared, and everything functioned smoothly. He said it might be leaves stuck somewhere making the noise. He even rode with me to ensure that I do not hear the noise anymore. Overall, it was another pleasant experience at 2nd Shift Automotive. If i had chosen a different auto service and mentioned the potential bearing problem, they might have proceeded to bill me for a bearing replacement without further examination. Since last year when I first discovered this auto repair shop, I've chosen it over Midas, Firestone, and Zoleman's. I plan to keep coming here for my car needs.
