Took my car in to change the breaks, and honestly had the best experience. I called on a Sunday and they had availability Sunday evening.
The summary of what I’m about to post: they’re good honest people, great at the work they do, are incredibly knowledgeable, dependable and hardworking, AND their prices are BEYOND fair! I WILL be going back and recommending them to everyone I know.
I for one, usually hate taking my car to the mechanic. I feel like mechanics usually talk down to me, don’t explain anything, and then charge my entire paycheck for their services. This was not the case with K&D!
K&D were so kind to us, explained everything that needed to get done clearly. It wasn’t like just dropping my car off at Midas or something. They took the time to explain what they were doing and how they were doing it.
I had purchased the wrong break pads at first, and they didn’t turn my fiancé and I away. They went to multiple different places to order the correct break pads for us even though my car requires break pads that are not easily found, and got us the correct rotors too. They went above and beyond. They changed the breaks and rotors on my car, and my car is good to go!
I will be going back for oil changes and everything else I need done with my car. They made me feel welcome and did an amazing job!
Besides that, the prices were SO incredibly fair. I don’t think I’ve ever had SUCH a pleasant experience getting work done on my car!
They’re incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and hard workers. They’re good, honest people.
