        There's to much "elective enforcement" of the rules. The elected board members have a sense of superiority over the majority of the members. Board members rarely participate in community events and want to dictate rather than represent standing in the way of the evolution and progression of the community as a whole. It's a safe environment for children, the community properties are well maintained and community dues are responsible.

        Not an overnight, campground. Private gated community where everyone owns their own lot for private camping. No where to turn around.

        I live all year round and I love it here.Its quite on winter and it's fun on summer. I been here for almost 3 years and I didn't have any problem. Playground: There's multiple playground for the kids to play. Restrooms: Clean
