We hired this company to come rod the sewer out from our clean out that was outside. We normally do this ourselves but we were doing renovations and moving in so it would just be a little less work. He quoted a price over the phone and when they got out here It changed. He agreed to the price quoted and started to rod the sewer from the outside clean out. He said he could not make the turn with his equipment to open the line so he said he'd have to do it from the inside, which of course would be another charge. We agreed and the fee went from 100.00 to 200.00. After trying to unclog from the basement he was unable to clear the line and gave up and told us he did all he could do . He then told us that we would need to dig up the yard and put in a T because it was broken in that area. He said he would email a quote for the job. The next morning we rented A sewer rodder from ace hardware for 50.00 and cleared the blockage out ourselves in less the an hour. Won't use this company ever again and would not recommend them either.

They were supposed to clean out a blocked pipe. He dug up the wrong area, and in doing so didn't support the hole which he left in my yard for weeks, and it caved in and the beautiful tree in my front yard fell over, killing it. During all of this my sprinkler system was cut and my lawn and shrubs died. He said he was stepping back from our project and the company. It all cost me thousands have someone else fix.

They came out and didn't charge me for a small service. Very nice guys.

I was impressed with the turn around time and the overall experience. Communication was above and beyond.on a Sunday! ; diagnostics, follow through and follow up! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done by professionals.
