        Staff knowledge is grossly deficient on Festool products, in addition to being unhelpful.as if customers are an inconvenience. The manager refused to open a crosscut FSK 67 guide rail from the shipping box to see if it work with my TS55... after I had to explain the difference of crosscut FSK vs. normal guide rails to him. Festool buyers expect informed advice for the premium we pay. You will not receive anything beyond staff reading a catalog (happened 4x) at Von Tobel. Buying online is more informative. Dont bother with Von Tobel.
