Super unorganized - long wait times for processing prescriptions and they lose prescription call ins. Gather all your patience to deal with this pharmacy

If you're not feeling well you'll surely be feeling worse after dealing with these folks! Pitiful service! Last straw! We're switching to CVS! Our insurance dictated that we couldn't use the Walmart Pharmacy, who we had for over 10 years! We never had mixups, out of stock meds or ever any issues with Walmart and the staff was wonderful to deal with! Going above and beyond!
Hopefully, after the new year, we'll be able to return to Walmart Pharmacy!

If you enjoy not getting your prescriptions on time or someone telling you, it'll be ready at a certain time and then it's not or if you enjoy talking to people where one person doesn't know what the other one is doing, you should totally shop here. Otherwise go somewhere else. I don't care where you go. Just don't go here. It is ridiculous. Hire an extra pharmacist or give them more money to incentivize them to care a little more especially if you can't get people's prescriptions out. It is a simple solution.
