        We talked to Mr. Balash two months ago because we are selling a house in Hobart. He said he would put us on his list. We called twice after a month his secretary told my husband we were still on his list. When he talked Mr. Balash today he said he didn't have time for us. He had said he would sent us a contract at the time which he didnt & we thought he was just to busy. This guy held us up for over two months. Do not believe anything he says. He's unprofessional and untrustworthy. Now our timeline to sell this house is put back until we find someone else. Avoid him if you want someone professional because he isn't.
