        Wonderful place with tremendously knowledgeable, helpful, and FRIENDLY staff! Don, Edwin, Zac, and Riker were attentive and generous with their knowledge of all things firearms! Extra points for treating me and my husband, equally. Sadly, in some gun shops they, I dont know, cant see women or something LOL yes fellas, we too appreciate a well-constructed piece. That said, had the pleasure of renting a Colt Python for the range today (free with my husbands membership) and fell in love! Could shoot that beauty all day and never/rarely miss and Im relatively new to the wide, wide world of guns ( typically shoot Ruger SP100 DAO) and am on the hunt for something new in a wheel gun. Renting here allows you to get a real feel for what works best for you, prior to purchase. So important, especially if youre looking to shell out a grand or so. More pluses place is very bright, clean, and well-stocked. Thrilled we found this location for range time even worth the small drive across the Illinois/Indiana border. Yippee!

        I needed a gun, I took my son with me to help me pick the right one for me. He was telling me about all kinds, going from case to case, pointing out what would be good for me. I finally decided on one. I wanted to check one more place just to make sure. I couldn't find anything I liked so I called my son, I went back to range USA and told them which gun I wanted to buy. They brought it to the counter, I picked it up and it just felt and fit perfectly in my hand. I said that I wanted to buy it. They would NOT sell it to me saying that the last time I was there with my son, they KNEW I was buying the gun for my son. Are they now open for business as psychic 's ? They were rude and lost a sale, probably more than one sale. Who do they think they are, the gun was for me, sometimes I work very late and just having it in my purse makes me feel safe. Shame on them, there should be a place where there's no stars, that's what they deserve. I DID buy a beautiful gun from a nicer place with helpful people. Keep it up, you'll be out of business.
