Get a second opinion from pretty much anyone but these scam artists, my sewage started to back up and they came out and told me it was going to be 700 because they had to remove the toilet! So an extra 300 for and extra 5 minutes of work then they didnt fix the problem because there was roots in the pipe.they didnt even try instead they quoted me 12500 dollars to tear up my backyard and replace the pipeoh ya and they still charged me 500 dollars!!!! I got city sanitary to chop through the roots for 200 dollars and it will be good for o er a year or two granted eventually the pipe should get fixed but to not even give you the option and try to force you to finance so much money should be criminal these people are actual scum

Ive used them twice in the past with no issues. But when I had an appointment scheduled this past Saturday, they had to cancel and rescheduled for Sunday. No show so I had to reschedule for Monday. Again no one shows up during the two hour window. Actually disappointed. Ill go with a local plumber from now on.
