        Glasses order took forever to come in. Gave them the benefit of the doubt since I mostly wear contacts. The contacts trail they provided were the incorrect base curve and did not fit my eye correctly. I got another sample trial with correct base curve. I got my script on 12/29/23, called them and on 4/1/24, I have been wearing my glasses at this point and they told me since its April I have to get a whole new prescription just to change the base curve. Its very ridiculous. Sounding like a Karen, but Im taking my business elsewhere.

        What a great experience. I have not had my eyes checked in years. I scheduled my exam so the process went extremely smooth. All staff members were very polite. The instruments used for the eye exam were state-of-the-art. Dr. Byrne was especially excellent. She took her time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable. I will be going back and my husband now wants to schedule his eye exams here also!

        It had been years when I purchase glasses from lensCrafters. Again I provided my prescription so I never seen the doctor I was looking for a certain type of frame and thats when I decided to try them again . Everything was on point from frames to customer service to quality. I will be returning again thank you.
