Good luck getting an answer from these people had the treatment order for weeks not caring to call or let us know how things are going not even giving an simple information that insurance requested from them total B.S

I dont usually do these rate & review things but I am realizing that it is important in possibly helping someone else make an informed decision on things of importance such as choosing a Dr. and or facility. Last week was my first face to face encounter with this office and staff. I was not recommended to this office but made my appointment for several reasons. First, I was unhappy with the care and attention I was receiving at the office I have been going to for about two years now. Second reason for choosing this office was simply based on proximity, and the fact that the about description indicated that Dr. Conte specializes in MS (which I was just clinically diagnosed with in June by another neurologist). Im so glad I chose to make my appointment here! Although this was just my first appointment, I have to say that I was impressed by the care and attention the entire staff gave. Every person makes you feel like you are important to them without making you feel like state your business and we will attend to you as soon as we can and when we do your time is limited. So shout out to the ladies at the front desk that I encountered, JUDITH & DEBBIE. They were very friendly and personable. Shout out to SARAH, the nurse that took my vitals and entered my medical history into the computer, also very friendly and soft spoken. And a big shout to DR. CONTE! He was so patient and informative with every question that I asked and tried to explain in a way that I could understand what MS is and what it does and how to best treat my symptoms and what I could possibly expect in the future. He spent probably the better part of 30/35 minutes with me. He wanted to know about my medical history, he did a physical exam that pertains to my particular condition, ie, balance, strength in my limbs, and reflexes. I only elaborate on all this because this was not quite the experience I was getting at the other office. So with all this being said, and at this time, and based on my first experience at the Neuroscience Institute, I personally plan to continue to be a patient there and would recommend this office.

Sherry Mosier is one of the most caring and thorough health care professionals I have ever met. She's empathetic and takes time to really evaluate. Every medical facility in the US could use a Sherry Mosier in their facilities.
